Good goals too. I've found myself playing it safe more often than not. And when I think it's time to stop playing it safe I run right into the possibility of 'settling' which I vowed NEVER to do. NEVER. Then I go back to playing it safe. My divorce qualified as the one single most devastating event in my life. Given that, I have the mindset that nothing else in life will ever hurt me that much. And that mindset - true or false - has really helped in the overall happiness department. My life post-divorce? Happier than I ever could have imagined. Great post, Sean. Good goals too.
