I’ve seen a few people talk about the hundredpushups challenge/program or whatever so I figured I’d give it a shot. Can’t hurt right? I just did the initial test and did 16 consecutive pushups before I wanted to die. And truthfully the last 4 were rough. So I’ll officially start week 1 on Monday and see how long I can stick this thing out.

  1. I’ve got this problem in google reader where if I am reading fast I think I’m opening xkcd and I can never figure out why the post (which is actually from sbdc) is full of words instead of comic. It is hilarious EVERY TIME.

    Also, I cannot do ONE pushup. True story.

  3. I just did 20 good push ups.

    I usually do 2 sets of 15 push ups 3x week so I am pretty stoked about this program.

    Can’t wait to see how I progress. And everyone else.

    We need an official Push-up Off !! I added myself to the challenge page but its just a list of names. We need a place to post results so we can see how everyone is doing!
