I’ve seen a few people talk about the hundredpushups challenge/program or whatever so I figured I’d give it a shot. Can’t hurt right? I just did the initial test and did 16 consecutive pushups before I wanted to die. And truthfully the last 4 were rough. So I’ll officially start week 1 on Monday and see how long I can stick this thing out.
